- Chen Hongjun
President Chen has worked for the technology development office of large state-owned enterprises and well-known asset management companies engaged in financial and investment banking for years, and then founded enterprises and engaged in industrial management.
President Chen has been graduated from Tsinghua University. He is the founder of Tsinghua Elite Business School and Tsinghua Elite International Hotel Management College and serves as the president of both schools.
- Sherry Wang
As one of the first returnees, Ms. Wang participated in founding China’s first International Hotel Management School in cooperation with a hotel management school of a foreign country.
Ms. Wang has hotel management experience in domestic hotels and working experience in foreign hotels. She also has many years of teaching experience in domestic universities and international institutions. Ms. Wang received formal education in universities in both China and abroad, which enables her to become a bridge and agent between Chinese and foreign hotel management education.
Ms. Wang has worked as general manager for more than 8 years in China star hotels, and has 15 years of teaching experience in higher education and training organizations and 5 years of senior management experience in overseas and foreign-funded enterprises. She is an expert in curriculum design and overall management of hotel management school. Moreover, she is good at bilingual teaching and skillful in using computer technology.
Ms. Wang loves hotel management education, hoping to cultivate qualified international hotel management talents for China. She is willing to make contributions to China’s hospitality industry and education, and regards it as her lifetime goal.
- John Jeakins
Over 30 years management experiences in world-class hotel groups, such as Four Seasons Hotel, New World International Hotel, Swissotel, Raffaello Network. He set up a management company of Swissotel in China and supervised its development, technical service, operation, the management of the hotels, offices, and accommodation, and sales in Asia. He was the CEO of the first international hotel management school (Les Roches International School of Hotel Management) in Shanghai, China and also one of the founders of the top ski resorts in China (Melco China Resorts)

In addition to his stellar academic background, he was rewarded through many professional trainings he had participated i.e. Ireland's Best, Swiss Presentation Shop, British Hotel and Catering Association, Certified Trainer and etc.With over 10 years of hotel operational experience at the European top leading hotels in Ireland, Switzerland and England, focused on F&B, FO, Room division, Training sector and Human Resources, in Olympic years he came back to Beijing working in the prestigious international 5* hotel as Executive Committee member to lead the Human Resource Department previously.
